I’m glad to see you here, but don’t pause

Now, I always did my own ironing (it wasn’t too extreme!!) but as you might expect my wife Jean got involved with the washing once I was married – Heck, I was only 22, what did I know about domestic bliss?!! Anyway, that’s why her name shows up in “Our Pronto Products Store” because she always said we needed better kit, and now she is helping me provide it!

There won’t be many visitors here who don’t realise that the goods for sale aren’t all just Army Left-Overs, but for anyone unfamiliar with the term “Army Surplus” let me just assure you that these items are new and unused, and will also be suited to their purpose!

Any resources you might have would be helpful I’m looking to decorate my room with some action figures or ones that just kinda are posed already.

Things like Spawn, Freddy Krueger, characters from Firefly or Buffy, Tyler Durden, videogame characters, all kinds of things. So again the more resources you have the better. I’d like to get them online if at all possible too. Thanks.

It really depends on what animal you intend to hunt and what is legal to use in the area that you intend to hunt in.

Bird hunting requires a shotgun.

All other game animals can be hunted with a bow, rifle, handgun, shotgun or muzzle loader.

Many areas that are close to populated areas, now ban the use of high powered rifles for hunting in them because of safety concerns.

A little more information from you like where you intend to hunt and for what types of animals will give readers a better opportunity to more accurately answer your question.

Yes, I have friends that do it regularly. You can even buy bows if you know exactly what you want and need. But don’t do it if you are inexperienced in the world of archery. If that is the case, go to a pro shop. You bow has to fit you in draw weight, length of draw and overall feel of the bow. A pro shop can help you with these questions.

Is it safe to keep small canisters of propane (the kind you use for camping equipment) in my basement?

These are just the small ones that are about the size of a quart of soda or something. I had some leftover from a recent camping trip and probably won’t need them until the next time I camp, probably in the Spring.

Really, they aren’t supposed to be stored indoors…They should be stored upright in an unheated ventilated area away from other chemicals and fuels.

That being said…I’ve worked in the propane industry for 20 years and I’ve got two of them in my basement! As long as you don’t have 20 of them and you don’t put them beside the furnace or gas water heater you should be fine. Just make sure you keep them dry and upright…
